I've tested the game on 4 different monitor sizes and nothing is covered up on any of them, so I'm afraid I do not know the problem or how to fix it u-u sorry for that!
Simple and interesting, well done! Have you considered making the sprites for the cubes more interesting? (e.g. making the blue square a wizard hat sprite)

Music is awesome
97 points while I was trying to lose, when did I get all these points?
You get points when matching yellow blocks and also when defeating enemies
very addictive! However the UI seems a bit messed up, as the tutorial covers up some of the screen and i think some of the grid is hidden.

I did actually plan to do this, but did not have the free time to refine the game any further
